Partners introduce their audience to HYB — the free Essential Skills, the AI Weekend Challenge, Gold and one-on-one strategy sessions — and are paid for the accounts, purchases and calls their links bring in.

The AI Weekend Challenge, the Challenge Toolkit, a Financial Playbook Strategy Session, or Inner Circle paid in full — paid once, on what the customer actually paid.

Sales — memberships
HYB Gold and Inner Circle monthly: you earn on the first payment and on each renewal the membership pays, for as long as it pays (Inner Circle monthly runs 12 payments).

Calls
A Financial Playbook Strategy Session booked through your link — paid when the call actually takes place.
How payouts work
- Connect a Stripe account from your dashboard. Stripe verifies your identity and holds your bank details — we never see them.
- Each commission becomes payable 15 days after the event (net-15).
- Payouts go straight to your bank through Stripe. Minimum $25.00; smaller balances carry over.
- Refunds, chargebacks and fraud reverse the commission; already-paid amounts are deducted from the next payout.
- Stripe issues any required tax forms (e.g. 1099) directly.
The rules
- Always disclose that you may earn a commission (FTC).
- No income, earnings or trading-performance claims — HYB is education, not financial advice.
- No paid search ads on HYB, Hybrid Foundation or our product names.
- No spam, no purchased lists, no misleading or incentivised sign-ups.
- Your own accounts and purchases never earn a commission.
Questions
Who can join?
Anyone with an HYB account and an honest way to reach people who want financial education — creators, educators, coaches, communities. Every application is reviewed by hand.
How do you know a sale came from me?
Your links carry your partner code. We record the visit, keep your code for 30 days on that browser (the most recent partner link wins), and match accounts, purchases and booked calls back to it.
What are "checkout starts"?
When someone you sent begins checkout for the AI Weekend Challenge, it shows in your dashboard so you can see activity. It is tracked, not separately paid — your paid lead is the new HYB account.
When do I get paid?
Each commission waits 15 days (so refunds can settle), then it is approved and paid to your bank through Stripe. Balances under $25.00 carry over to the next payout.
What if a customer gets a refund?
The commission on that payment is reversed. If it was already paid, it is deducted from your next payout. The Partner Terms explain the details.
Do I need to disclose that I'm a partner?
Yes, always. Anywhere you share a link, say clearly that you may earn a commission. It's the law (FTC) and it's how we keep trust.
