Partner Terms

These Partner Terms govern participation in the HYB Partner Program (the "Program"), operated by Hybrid Foundation, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit ("HYB," "we," "us"). By applying to or participating in the Program you ("Partner") agree to these terms and to the HYB Terms of Use.

1. Enrollment

Applications are reviewed individually. We may approve an application for some or all commission types, or decline it, at our discretion. You must hold an HYB account in your own name and give accurate information. Your partner code is yours to share but is not transferable.

2. Attribution

A conversion is credited to you when it follows a visit through your partner link and is recorded by our systems. Your code is remembered on the visitor's browser for 30 days; if the visitor later uses another partner's link, the most recent link is credited. We cannot credit activity we cannot record — for example, an app installed from the App Store without an account being created through your link, or a visitor who blocks cookies. Our records are final for attribution.

3. Commissions

Unless your approval states otherwise, commissions are:

• Lead (new HYB account): $1.00 per new HYB account created through your link, once per account.
• Sales, one-time payments: 40% of the amount the customer paid, once per payment.
• Sales, memberships: 40% of each membership payment we receive for a membership started through your link, for as long as it continues to pay and you remain an approved partner (installment plans end with their final installment).
• Calls: $50.00 per Financial Playbook Strategy Session booked through your link that takes place.
• Checkout starts are shown for your information and are not separately paid unless your approval says so.

Commissions are calculated on amounts actually collected, excluding taxes, and are rounded down to the cent. We may change rates for future activity with notice; changes never reduce commissions already earned.

4. Payment

Each commission is held for 15 days after the event (net-15) and then approved. Approved commissions are paid by transfer to the Stripe account you connect. Payouts are made when your approved balance is at least $25.00; smaller balances carry over. You are responsible for completing Stripe's verification and for any taxes on your commissions; Stripe may issue tax forms such as a 1099. We never store your bank details.

5. Reversals

We may reverse any commission within 60 days of the underlying event if the payment is refunded, charged back or disputed, or if the conversion is fraudulent, duplicated, self-referred or otherwise violates these terms. A reversed commission that was already paid is deducted from your next payout(s).

6. No self-referrals

Accounts, purchases and calls by you, your own accounts, or anyone acting on your behalf do not earn commissions.

7. Honest promotion

• Disclosure: wherever you share a partner link, clearly and conspicuously disclose that you may earn a commission, as required by the U.S. Federal Trade Commission.
• No misleading claims: do not make income, earnings, trading-performance or guaranteed-result claims, and do not describe HYB content as financial advice. HYB is educational only.
• No brand bidding: do not bid on HYB, Hybrid Foundation, or our product names in paid search, and do not register confusingly similar domains or social handles.
• No spam: no unsolicited bulk messages, purchased lists, cookie stuffing, incentivised or fake sign-ups, or any method that violates law or platform rules.
• Use only the names and materials we provide, and do not imply that HYB endorses you beyond this Program.

8. Clippers

This section was added on September 19, 2026.

A clipper is a partner approved to post short clips of HYB content and to be paid on the verified views of those clips, in addition to the commissions above.

• View pay: unless a clip campaign states otherwise, $2.00 per 1,000 verified views, rounded down to the cent. Each clip campaign has a total cap (by default $300.00) shared by every clip and every clipper in that campaign; once it is reached, further views in that campaign are not paid. Views are counted at 30 days after you submit the clip (or 7 days where a campaign says so), from the platform itself or from a screenshot we verify.
• Submit every clip: submit the link to each post in your partner dashboard. A post can be submitted once, by one clipper.
• Disclose in the post itself: each clip must clearly show that it is paid — for example "#ad" or "Paid partnership with HYB" on screen or said out loud in the video, and in the caption. A disclosure only in your bio, or buried in a list of hashtags, is not enough.
• No fake engagement: no bought or automated views, likes or comments, no fake reviews or testimonials, and no undisclosed buying of HYB products to promote them.
• Educational only: the no-income-claims rule in section 7 applies to every clip. Do not add promises of profits, returns or results, and do not present HYB content as investment advice.
• Review and reversal: we check clips for signs of fake traffic and for missing disclosures. A clip that fails a check is held until we review it. A clip that is removed, non-compliant or not disclosed is not paid, and view pay already paid for it is deducted from your next payout(s), as in section 5.

9. Suspension and termination

Either party may end participation at any time. We may suspend or terminate a partner who breaches these terms. On termination, approved commissions earned in compliance with these terms are paid on the normal schedule; commissions tied to a breach are forfeited, and no further commissions (including membership renewals) accrue.

10. Relationship and liability

You are an independent contractor, not an employee, agent or representative of HYB. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability under the Program is limited to the commissions payable to you in the prior three months.

11. HYB Live Workshop Tour partners

This section was added on October 1, 2026.

Partners approved for the HYB Live Workshop Tour program share their own Workshop Tour link (hybapp.org/go/<code>/workshop). They earn 40% of each workshop ticket, bundle or upgrade bought through that link, paid on the same terms as sections 2–10 (net-15, a $25.00 minimum, Stripe). A Workshop Tour partner code is separate from an HYB Partner Program code.

12. Abel partners

This section was added on October 1, 2026.

Abel has no paid offer yet. Partners approved for the Abel program share their Abel waitlist link (hybapp.org/go/<code>/abel), and waitlist sign-ups through it are recorded and shown on their dashboard. Commission rates for Abel are set at launch and will be published here before anything is sold; sign-ups before launch do not by themselves earn a commission.
